Circular Letter to all Members of the Polytechnic Community

Reviewed Academic Calendar for Full-Time Students for the Second Semester in the 2018/19 Academic Session.

I write as directed to inform all the members of the Polytechnic Community that the Acting Rector has approves a reviewed Academic Calendar for the Second Semester in the 2018/19 Academic Session for Full-Time Students are reflected in the schedule provided Below on behalf of the Institution's Board of Studies.

1.  5th August 2019 - Resumption of all Students

2. 5th - 9th August 2019 - Registration of all Students

3. 12th August 2019 - Lectures start for all Students

4. 18th October 2019 - Lectures end for all Students

5. 28th October - 15th November 2019 - Semester Examination for all Students

6. 15th November 2019 - End of the 2018/19 Academic Session.

I humbly invite both Staff and Full-Time Students to note and adhere strictly to details of the reviewed Calendar as appropriate.
